Our massage focuses on the healing of soft tissue through various rehabilitative modalities. All massages are customized to the client’s needs and preferences. Pricing is based on the amount of time in each individual therapy session. Massage Therapy by appointment only 8:00a-5:30p Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00a-11:00a.
- The Isolated Massage (30 minutes): $60.
- The Fundamental Massage (60 minutes): $85.
- The Restorative Massage (75 minutes): $100.
- The Comprehensive Massage (90 minutes): $115.
Reflexology
Acupressure points with massage to facilitate energy flow, relax tension, improve circulation, and promote natural function of the body. Reflexology sessions by appointment only 8:00a-5:30p Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00a-11:00a.
- 45-Minute Session
Reflexology only. $70. - One Hour Session
Includes foot bath and paraffin. $85.
Kinesio® Taping
This is a new modality utilizing Japanese tape to re-educate muscles for support and rehabilitation. Used for preventative maintenance, edema, and pain management. Sessions by appointment only 8:00a-5:30p Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00a-11:00a
- Single strand application as add-on to massage $5.
- Multiple strand application as add-on to massage $10.

Bright Light Therapy
Heal Thyself & Co. utilizes the newest patent-pending technology in light therapy. Our combination Sun-A-Lux® box includes Blue-Lux® bulbs and full-spectrum bulbs forming a combination state-of-the-art unit which is very powerful. Sessions by appointment only 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00am-11:00am.

Up to 15 minutes of direct light while utilizing the therapeutic benefits of our iJoy® Turbo 2 Robotic Massage Chair with Human Touch Technology®. $20 for 3-4 sessions per week. - Bright Light Therapy (Extended)
Up to 30 minutes of direct light while utilizing the therapeutic benefits of our iJoy® Turbo 2 Robotic Massage Chair with Human Touch Technology®. $30 for 3-4 sessions per week.
Yoga
Movement therapy designed for the beginner to the advanced, taught by highly qualified instructors. These exercises compliment our other modalities, leading to a more pain-free and healthy existence for our clients.
